I used the Len Dudas body shop for a repair to my car after being rear-ended. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and easy. Ken Dudas had everything set up with the insurance company after I provided the initial information.

I had a few issues with my truck and Len Dudas Motors were able to resolve all of them in a timely fashion. Garry shuttled me to work with then electric car.. He's proud of it.

Service team was very helpful, finished when they said,

Took 3 trips to point to get fixed, first trip converter gasket wouldn't seal, 2nd trip wrong gasket ordered, had to take home broken, returned a week later for the fix. 3rd trip wasn't told it would take all day, 4th trip return to pick up once fixed. You are great with providing a loner car.

I was greeted by Evan and he was a great kid who was professional and all went well. Checkout out Layne’s pleasant and thanked me for my business which is unusual and thoughtful.

Quick service and great communication

Dealing with the body shop was great. The only thing was getting in within short time. It took a lot of time to get all the parts. That was not their fault. The car looks great, and I am glad to have it back.

Top notch service, Great workers--Garry was a wonderful porter told many great stories.

I had two items that needed to be taken care of. The first was a recall for reprograming and that was taken care of without issue. The second item was a backup camera that was not working at all when I stopped in to make the service appointment. The Service Writer ( I don’t know his name, but unfortunately I can only describe him as a big very heavy set fellow) was too lazy to take a minute and plug into my truck and check for a fault code. He set up the service appointment for me about a week and a half out. So, my backup camera starts working the day before I brought my truck in for service. They did the reprogram, but couldn’t find an issue with the camera. They did check and clean the connector in the tailgate, because I told them that it may have started working again after opening and closing it when I was using it the day before. It is still working so far. But, I know that there would have been a lot better chance of knowing for sure that they had found the problem if the Service Writer would have taken the time to read the error code while the camera wasn’t working! And it wasn’t busy when I stopped in with the backup camera issue Either!
